Account Fees:
Maintenance Fee - $7.50
Check Fees - $.15 per check paid
Deposit Fees - $.25 per deposit
Deposited Item Fees - $.05 per item
Earnings Credit Allowance - $.3822 for every hundred dollars of average collected balance.

The average collected balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.

All or part of the monthly service charge may be offset by an earnings allowance calculated on your average collected balance.

INTEREST BEARING - BUSINESS
Our "INTEREST BEARING" account is available to Non-Profit Associations, Non-Profit Corporations, and Sole Proprietorships.
Features include:

• Minimum opening deposit $100
• It offers your business the opportunity to earn interest on its daily balance.
• Interest calculated daily
• FREE basic Online Banking available
• FREE 24 Hour Touch Tone Teller

Account Fees:
Minimum Balance Fee - $7.50 if your balance falls below $1,500 any day of the statemant period.
Check Fees - $.15 per check if more than 50 checks paid. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000 in the account each day to earn interest.

MONEY MARKET - BUSINESS
Our "MONEY MARKET" account pays interest on the daily balance of this account.
Features include:

• Minimum opening deposit $100
• Interest calculated daily
• FREE basic Online Banking available
• FREE 24 Hour Touch Tone Teller

Account Fees:
$10 minimum balance fee if the daily balance falls below $2,500 and no interest will be paid. Additionally, a charge of $3.00 per item will be assessed for any transaction exceeding the limitations stated below.

Limited transactions - 6 transfers from your account each statement cycle, but only 3 may be payments by check to third parties.
